Jiangxi Yifeng County Industrial Park (Yifeng Lianggang Industrial Park) is located in the southeast suburb of Yifeng county. The provincial highway is suitable to cross the border. It is 120km away from Nanchang, the provincial capital, to the East, national highway 320 to the south, 15km away from Shangxin railway, 90km away from Yichun, and Wuji Expressway to the West. The planning area of the whole park is 10 square kilometers!
On May 6, 2020, the province competed to be the first to create excellent comprehensive evaluation in 2019, ranking the 85th in the province.
Brief introduction of the park
Since the construction of the industrial park started in September 2001, it has been developed step by step in accordance with the requirements of ecological park, spacious road, reasonable layout, standardized plant and integrated service. The 8 km Industrial Avenue from the park to the county has been fully completed in terms of hardening, lighting and greening. On the basis of the original 35000 V substation, a 110000 V substation is being planned. The daily water supply capacity of the park reaches 30000 tons. Since the beginning of this year, the county Party committee and the county government have stepped up efforts to attract investment, and 21 new enterprises have been set up in the industrial park. Introduction to preferential policies
1、 Land preference 1. For the industrial projects settled according to the planning requirements, the land required shall be sold by the land department according to the minimum price of 40000 yuan / mu of industrial land determined by the state. 2. Before the land transfer, the merchants shall pay a deposit of 15% of the initial price of the land transfer, which will be automatically converted into the land transfer fee after the transaction. After the actual investment in the fixed assets of the project reaches more than 30% of the contract investment amount and the land transfer fee is paid off, the state owned land use certificate can be issued. On the premise of not changing the use of industrial land, the land use right can be transferred, leased, inherited and pledged according to law, or used as a discount investment of joint venture or cooperative operation. 3. For general industrial projects entering the park, the one-time fixed assets investment should be more than 10 million yuan, and the information technology (electronics, communication, software, etc.), biomedical engineering, high and new technology, national new products and invention patent projects should be more than 5 million yuan. The minimum investment intensity of the project shall not be less than 500000 yuan / mu. The building density of the plant should be more than 43%. 2. Preferential water use 0.8 yuan / ton is charged for the production and domestic water of enterprises entering the park. 3. Preferential power consumption the industrial production power consumption of enterprises in the park is charged at the comprehensive price of 0.58 yuan / kW (including the basic price). For large industrial power consumption, the charge is 0.54 yuan / kWh, and the basic electricity is controlled within 0.04 yuan / kW. In case of policy adjustment of electricity price in the whole province, it will be charged according to the adjusted standard. (4) financial support (1) from the profit-making year of the project, the local retained part of the enterprise income tax levied according to the tax rate will be 100% in the first five years and 50% in the next five years. The county finance will support the enterprise with the new product development fund or enterprise Technology Transformation Fund. 2. The value-added tax, business tax, urban construction and maintenance tax and education surcharges collected according to the tax rate from the year when the enterprises enter the park are retained by the local government, and the county finance will assist the enterprises with new product development or technological transformation for two years. The local part of the property tax, land use tax and stamp tax of the enterprise shall be supported by the county finance with new product development or technological transformation for five years. 4. Encourage enterprises to earn foreign exchange by exporting. On the basis of the national and superior awards, the county finance will award 0.02 yuan for each US dollar exported. 5. High quality service. 1. The fees that must be collected by the state, province, city and regulations involved in the procedures of enterprises entering the park shall be collected according to the minimum standard. The fees of other administrative institutions shall be exempted, and the service fees shall not exceed the policy regulations 50% of the minimum standard shall not be charged for compulsory services. 2. When the customers open cable TV, telephone and Internet, the radio, television and telecommunication departments only charge the working hours and material fees in the factory, and open them within 7 days after the application of the enterprise. 3. The county Party committee and the county government issue "one card and two cards" to merchants and their investment enterprises, so as to provide the most relaxed production and living environment for enterprises and investors. 4. If the entry projects belong to the top 500 in the world, top 200 in China, well-known trademark enterprises in China, national new product or invention patent projects, high-tech industries, "double secret" and "double new" industries, biomedical engineering and major investment projects, the "one case one discussion" and "special case special handling" can be implemented.
