Longdong community service center is one of the three communities in Nanming District which carry out the reform of urban grass-roots management system. It was officially established on June 30, 2011. According to the main objectives and general ideas of "guiding opinions on the pilot work of Guiyang grass-roots management system reform", it is necessary to streamline the management level, implement regional management, optimize and integrate resources, and build a strong Party organization, so as to improve the quality of life Starting from the community organization system and the improvement of the co construction mechanism, we should give full play to the functions of community serving the masses, optimizing management, rallying people and maintaining stability, actively explore the community governance mode, constantly improve the working mechanism, practically change the service mode, and promote the co construction, which has achieved initial results in the reform practice.

Longdong community service center is located at No.19 Longdong lane, Longdongbao, covering an area of about 8 square kilometers. There are two neighborhood committees, Longshui road and Airport Road, with a population of about 12100. There are more than 30 enterprises and institutions, garrison troops, social organizations and other public units. The community set up the community Party committee, community service center and community residents committee. At present, there are three members of the community Party committee: one party secretary and two deputy party secretaries. There are 22 members in the community residents committee: 1 Chairman, 2 vice presidents and 19 members. There are 40 staff members in the community service center, including 1 Director and 4 deputy directors (concurrently ministers).
