Wan'an Industrial Park

Wan'an county is located in the east foot of Luoxiao mountains, in the south central Jiangxi Province, on the East and west sides of the upper reaches of Ganjiang River. It borders Xingguo in the East, Ganxian and Nankang in the south, Suichuan in the West and Taihe in the north. It is 47 km wide from east to west and 65.5 km long from north to south, covering an area of 2036.7 square kilometers. By the end of 2005, the total population of the county was 302 000, of which 93 000 were urban residents.

Overview of the park

Furong Town is located along the Ganjiang River in the middle of the county. It is 318 km away from Nanchang, 95 km away from Ji'an, 120 km away from Ganzhou City in the north, 21 km away from national highway 105, 56 km away from Taihe airport, and only 4 km away from Hexi Industrial Park. The geographical location is very superior, and the water, land and air transportation is very convenient. The overall planning area of the industrial park is 2.33 square kilometers, and the developed area is 3300 mu. All the developed land has realized "six links and one leveling". The park has perfect facilities, complete functions, modern standard workshops and harmonious landscape. In accordance with the requirements of high starting point planning, high standard construction and high-speed development, the park always adheres to the principle of attracting investment and undertaking industrial transfer in developed coastal areas, striving to build a large platform for industrial economic development. The park has formed six leading industries, including chemical industry, machinery, food, weaving and clothing, metal processing of mineral products, water and electricity, and has a number of well-known enterprises in provinces, cities and even the whole country. Jiangxi Sensen Chemical Co., Ltd. is the largest forest chemical enterprise in the city; Jiangxi Yongwei Plastic Co., Ltd. is the largest plastic product enterprise in Jiangnan; Wan'an Huajing Electronics Co., Ltd. ranks fifth in the national industry; Jiangxi chlorate Co., Ltd. ranks second in the national industry; Jiangxi Ganquan Beer Co., Ltd. is the postdoctoral training base of Nanchang University . Wan'an Industrial Park was established in 1997, with a total planning area of 8.62 square kilometers and a recent planning area of 2.33 square kilometers. It is a provincial industrial park approved by the national development and Reform Commission. As of 2005, the park has invested nearly 200 million yuan in infrastructure, forming a framework of two vertical and four horizontal roads, within which "six links and one leveling" have been realized. At present, there are more than 70 enterprises in the park. In 2005, the total industrial output value of enterprises in the park reached 620 million yuan, 25.3 million yuan of taxes were paid, and 6500 workers were employed. In March 2006, it passed the acceptance of national development and Reform Commission and was promoted to provincial industrial park. Preferential policies for enterprises to enter the park

The real estate license will be charged at 40% of the fee standard for the reserved items in the free zone of the industrial park by the municipal government, and the cost will be 40 yuan. 4: in order to encourage foreign investors to invest in Wan'an, preferential measures for encouraging foreign investment in Wan'an county was issued in 2004. The "measures" specify that enterprises entering the park will implement "two exemptions and three reductions" for enterprise income tax and local income tax from the profit-making year, that is, two exemptions in the first two years and a half reduction in the second three years. At the same time, enterprises paying value-added tax will be paid according to the stock and increment of paid value-added tax In other words, enterprises that pay more than 100000 yuan of value-added tax each year will be rewarded by 5% of the stock of paid value-added tax. At the same time, enterprises that pay more than 100000 yuan of value-added tax will be rewarded by 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% of the new tax respectively. At the same time, the urban construction and maintenance tax and education surcharge paid within five years from the year when the enterprise is put into operation will be collected and rewarded immediately to support the development of the enterprise.
