In order to stop this unhealthy trend, Saicheng lake water farm took the way of paying equal attention to education and punishment to stop the rush to build in time. The general site organized personnel to issue the "notice on stopping all construction activities within the scope of land acquisition and demolition" to farmers, and mobilized the masses to supervise. In addition, the law enforcement force was further adjusted in the field, and the cadres of the headquarters and the leaders of each branch were selected to form a working group to cooperate with the law enforcement personnel in the demolition of illegal buildings. At present, more than 30 illegal buildings have been demolished.
