After the restoration of the system, the seven village committees of Baoshi, Chengjia, gaodunmiao, tielu, kangleshan, Chalong and Shixin in Hongyuan town of Jingdezhen city were assigned to Luojiaqiao township. The new Luojiaqiao township government is located in kangleshan village. Luojiaqiao township has beautiful mountains and rivers, mild climate and lush forests. In response to the city's strategic plan of "five cities create together", Luojiaqiao township has made joint efforts to create a number of harmonious and beautiful villages by focusing on new rural construction projects and rural cleaning projects and aiming at improving people's production and living conditions. at the beginning of the year, the township party committee and government deployed three new rural construction points, namely, Baoshi village, agricultural sub field and gaodunmiao village. The township and village levels grasped the two entry points of new rural construction planning and engineering construction projects, so as to let the masses participate in the discussion and planning together, promote common understanding, and organically combine the requirements of the higher authorities with the public opinions and wisdom, so as to achieve the purpose of publicity and promote the development of the people Planning and construction projects conform to the people's will and reality. The rural planning and design of the three new villages were successfully completed. A total of 120 households were newly built, with 549 permanent residents. The road lighting project of 3.1km was completed, 55 street lamps and 35 solar energy were installed, tap water was supplied to every household, and cable TV was installed. In addition to labor, the masses can also go to public leisure venues for leisure exercise.
Sanitation and garbage disposal is not only the difficulty of new rural construction, but also an important supporting project. Starting from the system construction, the township formulated strict and standardized "rural domestic waste management measures" and "rural domestic waste management assessment and reward and punishment rules", and signed employment contracts with 40 cleaners, so as to achieve "five haves" in the work of cleaning, sanitation and waste treatment: someone in charge, someone doing things, system constraints, mass supervision, evaluation, reward and punishment. According to the requirements of classified collection and treatment of domestic waste, incinerators have been set up in each village. The cleaners work hard to guide the masses to effectively use the fertile land and soil and destroy some industrial waste.
