Luojiang Street

Luojiang street is located in the geographical center of East Fujian, subordinate to Fu'an City, located in the south of the middle of Fu'an City, on the shore of Saijiang river. It is the window for the development of export-oriented economy in East Fujian. It now governs 8 villages and 1 community with a total population of 15000.

Luojiang street is a transportation hub in East Fujian with its superior geographical location. It is an important material distribution center in eastern Fujian, Northern Fujian, Northeastern Jiangxi and southern Zhejiang, and an important part of the economic circle around sandu'ao. It is connected with the three expressways, 104 National Highway, provincial highway, Saiqi port waterway and other land and water traffic, forming the traffic location of Saiqi extending in all directions. Saiqi port is an important foreign port in East Fujian.

In 2012, Luojiang village and Sanjiang community were separated from Saiqi Town, and seven villages including Nan'an, Daliu, Xiaoliu, Zhanggang, Jiazhao, Beishan and kengmenli were separated from Gantang town to set up Luojiang street.

Establishment approval

On June 18, 2012, the people's Government of Fujian Province approved and approved the request for instructions on the establishment of Luojiang sub district office in Fu'an City (ningzhengwen No. 510), and agreed to separate Luojiang village and Sanjiang community from Saiqi Town, and seven villages from Gantang Town, including Nan'an, Daliu, Xiaoliu, Zhanggang, Jiazhao, Beishan, kengmenli, to establish Luojiang sub district office.

The enterprises that have been put into operation include stone plate, food processing, plastic color printing, ceramics, lighters, metallurgy, building materials, ship building, etc. The wholesale markets of building materials, grain and oil, energy, ship trading, agricultural and sideline products have been preliminarily established. The infrastructure is perfect. A 220 kV substation and two 35 kV substations have been built in Luojiang District, which are connected with the provincial power grid. The planned water plant with a daily output of 40000 tons has completed the first phase of 10000 tons per day project. The post and telecommunications communication has reached the first level in China. The road network design in the district is reasonable, and the main road is 42 meters, which can meet the needs of various functional areas.
