Duihu street was established in January 1988 after the adjustment of the former Shangdu street and the former Shuiyuan street. It is located on the South Bank of Minjiang River in Fuzhou. It is adjacent to Dongsheng Street at Limin Road in the East and Shangdu street at Linghou road in the West. In the north, it is bounded by Aiguo road and Cangqian street.
