Xibeiwang area is a town (area) under the jurisdiction of Haidian District, Beijing. It is located in the north of the area. At the end of 2017, the administrative area was 5102 hectares, with a permanent population of 148666. It has jurisdiction over 10 communities and 16 administrative villages. The office and town government are located at 69 Houchang village road.

Historical evolution
In 2003, Dongbeiwang Township and Yongfeng Township were abolished and Xibeiwang town was merged. In 2005, Zhongguancun Software Park area was under the jurisdiction of Shangdi street; BaiCaoYuan area and Baiwang new city area were under the jurisdiction of malianwa street. In 2008, it has jurisdiction over 9 communities and 16 administrative villages. in November 2011, Xibeiwang town officially set up a regional office.
The evolution of Dongbei Wangxiang
The former Dongbeiwang township is located in the north of the area. First established in March 1956, Dongbeiwang commune was established in April 1961 (combined with Dongbeiwang farm), and changed to Xibeiwang Township in April 1984. In 1996, it covers an area of 42.5 square kilometers and has a population of 13000. It governs nine administrative villages, namely Lengquan, malianwa, Dongbeiwang, Tangjialing, Xibeiwang, anningzhuang, Xierqi, hanjiachuan and tujing, and 10 neighborhood committees, including Dongbeiwang, malianwa, dongbeiwangnan, Agricultural University, Dongbeiwang nursery, medicine and plant factory, Shangdi, Jiaxing waterproof equipment factory and Agricultural Science Institute. in November 1998, township and farm organizations were separated. In 2002, some community residents were transferred to Shangdi and Qinghe streets, and in December, Heishanhu natural village to the west of Jingmi diversion canal was transferred to malianwa street. At the end of 2002, the total area was 36.6 square kilometers, and the registered residence population was 21838. Among them, 13428 were agricultural population, 8410 were non agricultural population; 27782 were migrant population; 9 were administrative villages in Northwest China, Han Jiachuan, cold spring, Anning Zhuang, Tangjialing, Doi, Northeast China, West Erqi and Ma Lianwa, and 6 neighborhood committees and 1 family committees.
Evolution of Yongfeng Township
The former Yongfeng Township is located in the northwest of the area. Yongfengtun township was established in March 1956, yongfengtun commune was established in April 1961, changed to Yongfeng commune in May 1970, and changed to Yongfeng Township in April 1984. In 1996, it covers an area of 28.4 square kilometers and has a population of 13000. It has jurisdiction over 10 administrative villages including Liulitun, liangjiadian, tundian, yongfengtun, daniufang, xiaoniufang, Xindian, dongyuhe, xiyuhe and houndian, and one family Committee of Xiliu building materials industry and trade company. In 2002, there were 10 administrative villages, including six RIT Tun, Liang Jia Dian, Tun Yu, Dong Yu He, Xi Yu He, Xiao Niu Fang, Yongfeng Tun, Da Niu Fang, Queen's shop, Xiao Xin Dian, etc., 1 administrative committees, 17 natural villages, 28.7 square kilometers, and 17343 registered residence population. Among them, 12143 were agricultural population, 5200 were residents, 20884 were foreign population, and the township government was located in the north of the village of Liu Li Tun.
