Shihe street is a street under the jurisdiction of Yeji District, Lu'an City, Anhui Province. It is located at the junction of two provinces and three counties. It connects Jinzhai County in the south, Gushi County in Henan Province in the west, Sungang Township in the north and Pinggang street in the East. Ningxi railway and Ningxi Expressway run through the territory, with passenger and freight stations and entrances and exits set up respectively.

It is the seat of the Party committee and government of Yeji district and the center of politics, economy, culture, commerce and exchange of Yeji. It is 12 km from east to west and 9 km from north to south, covering a total area of 33 square kilometers. With a population of 78000, it has jurisdiction over 11 villagers' committees and 5 community residents' committees.

The cypress temple in Shunhe community has a history of 1000 years. "Baishu Temple", formerly known as "Dongyue Temple", is a new temple dedicated to the king of Dongyue. Because there is a towering cypress in the temple, it is also called Baishu temple. The temple was first built in the Sui Dynasty. For more than a thousand years, it was full of incense. It flourished in the middle of the Qing Dynasty. At that time, it had more than 100 mu of farmland. Later, it was destroyed because of the war. During the reign of Daoguang in the Qing Dynasty, the local Zhi, Meng and Du families had raised funds to rebuild the temple, with more than ten people including the monk in charge. In the 19th year of the Republic of China, the temple was destroyed again. After the founding of new China, the name of Baishu temple was changed to Baishu middle school. In the spring of 1996, with the approval of the government, the school was relocated and the cypress temple was rebuilt. The temple worships the God of Dongyue and Zhenjun of Shidian palace. In 1997, it was renamed "cypress Park". From 2002 to 2004, the original temple was rebuilt and a new Daxiong hall was built. It has become a tourist attraction integrating religion, tourism and leisure. Every March 28 of the lunar calendar, the temple fair of Baishu Temple focuses on acrobatics, puppet show, flower drum, monkey play and other folk art and folk trading activities. It has become a folk activity center and folk specialty market on the edge of Hubei, Henan and Anhui provinces, attracting a large number of foreign tourists.
