Historical evolution

In October 1956, with Dong'an town of Raohe County as the center, the 859 farm was officially established under the leadership of the Agricultural Reclamation Bureau of the railway corps.

In the spring of 1958, the county owned state farms were merged into 859 farms.

In December of the same year, in the "people's Commune Movement", the "merger of farms and communities" was implemented. All the four people's communes in Raohe county were merged into the 859 farm, and the farm Department was moved from Dong'an town to Raohe town. In March 1962, the market and society were separated.
