Yuxinnan street, belonging to Hanshan District, Handan City, Hebei Province, is located in the southwest of Hanshan District, adjacent to luochengtou office across Zhonghua street in the East, Mazhuang Township in the south, Fuxing District Railway Office in the west, and agriculture and forestry office in the north. Its total area is 7.53 square kilometers. At the end of 2011, Yuxin South Street had a total population of 27000.

In 1981, ganhegou street was built. In 1984, it was renamed yuxinnan street. As of June 2020, Yuxin South Street governs 8 communities, and its sub district office is located at No. 49, Zhuhe road.
