On July 23, 2015, the State Council agreed to abolish Funing County and establish Funing District of Qinhuangdao City, taking the former administrative region of Funing County (excluding Qinhuangdao City) Shimenzhai Town, zhuaoying Town, duzhuang town and niutouya town are the administrative areas of Funing district. Niutouya town of Nandaihe street belongs to Beidaihe District and is managed by Beidaihe New District of Qinhuangdao city.
