Yintang Town, located in the north of Dangtu County and the south suburb of Ma'anshan City, belongs to Yushan District of Ma'anshan City, Anhui Province. It is adjacent to Weiping mountain in the East, Yangtze River in the West and Caishi River in the north. The landform is "two mountains, three rivers and six fields", belonging to semi hilly area. With convenient transportation and rich mineral resources, it is famous for its scenic spots and historic sites.

General situation

According to the statistics at the end of 2008, the town covers an area of 53.4 square kilometers, water surface area of 4601.3 Mu and mountain forest area of 9389.5 mu. Yintang town has prominent regional advantages. National Highway 205, Mawu Expressway and huxinan road run through the town. The Yangtze River Bridge and Intercity Railway under construction pass through the town, so the traffic is very convenient.
