Caishi street, belonging to Yushan District, Ma'anshan City, Anhui Province, is located seven kilometers southwest of Ma'anshan City, adjacent to Ningwu railway in the East, Yangtze River in the west, Jiashan Township and Luchang village in the south, Jiashan Township and Jiuhua village in the north.

There are mainly seven roads including Tianmen Avenue, Tangxian street, Yifeng Road, Zhongshi street, Hengjiang street, Jiuhua street and Taiping Street, with a total population of 7386 people (in 2010), 97 buildings, 1476 bungalows, 2 community neighborhood committees and 47 resident groups. There are 2 general Party branches and 10 party branches under the management of the street party working committee, with a total of 272 party members, including 133 resident party members, 153 retired party members and 80 laid-off party members. There are 1487 laid-off and unemployed people in the street, including 279 "4050" people and 1357 people who have been employed in various forms; there are 1360 elderly people in the District, including 251 over 80 years old and 13 over 90 years old; there are 847 enterprise retirees who are included in the street management service, including 76 cadres.
