Bengbu Industrial Park

Bengbu Industrial Park is located on both sides of 307 Provincial Road on the North Bank of Huaihe River. It is 300 meters eastward and reaches the urban area through Chaoyang Bridge to the south. It is across the river from the old urban area. It joins Xu expressway entrance and national highway 206 to the West and is 3 kilometers away from bengning expressway entrance to the north. With convenient transportation and superior geographical conditions, the industrial park has created a broader development space for many enterprises.

The industrial base of Bengbu City from 2005 to 2020 is a new economic growth point of Bengbu City, which has a broad radiation space for Northern Anhui. The park has completed the development and construction of 3 square kilometers, and will implement the development of 3 square kilometers in phase II during the 11th Five Year Plan period. The built-up area will realize "seven links and one leveling" of water, electricity, road and broadband network, and has perfect construction and production conditions and industrial supporting functions.

There are 71 enterprises in the park, 50 enterprises with an investment of more than 10 million yuan, 26 enterprises with investment outside the province, and 2.8 billion yuan of contracted capital. By the end of 2007, 60 enterprises can be put into operation, including 31 large-scale enterprises. Bengbu Industrial Park is a platform to promote Bengbu City as a regional central city in the rise of central China and improve the adjustment of urban industrial economy. It is the carrier of Bengbu City to implement the "East Development" strategy, the bearing base of provincial "861" plan and municipal "3461" project, the gathering area of small and medium-sized enterprises in Anhui Province, and the key industrial zone of Bengbu City.
