Sanbozi Township

Sanbozi Xiang is located 26.6 kilometers southwest of Qinglong County, Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province. It is located in mountainous area with high mountains and narrow valleys. Covering an area of 84 square kilometers, the township government is located in sanbozi village. There is the great wall of Ming Dynasty. The township has a simple highway Tongping (spring) Qing (Dragon) DA (Qinghe) highway. Agriculture mainly produces sorghum and millet. The forest coverage rate is 40%. More black pine, Tilia, apple production.

Sanbozi Township belongs to limestone geological structure, which is not suitable for the growth of chestnut and apple, and has no mineral resources. On the basis of in-depth investigation and full demonstration, the township party committee and government decided to develop the fragrant walnut industry suitable for the local geological structure. On the basis of regional continuous planning and extensive publicity, the township raised 275000 yuan in many ways under the condition of very tight finance to purchase fine varieties of fragrant walnut seedlings for farmers to plant, which greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of farmers and promoted the development of fragrant walnut industry in the township. The township actively raised funds to buy seedlings for farmers, built a thousand mu fragrant walnut base in the township, and developed the fragrant walnut into a leading industry for farmers to become rich and increase their income. In 2007, 25000 fragrant walnuts were planted in the township.
