Su Meng township is located in the south of Wucheng District, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. It is adjacent to Yafan town of Jinhua City in the East, Changshan township of Jinhua City in the west, andI town of Jinhua City in the South and Southeast, Jinhua City and qiubin town in the north, Wuyi River in the northeast and duohu town across the river. The Township People's government is located in Sumeng natural village, 9 kilometers away from the urban area. The South and southwest are low mountains and hills. The high ridge on the boundary between the South and andizhen is 542 meters above sea level, which is the highest point in the territory. The middle and northeast are alluvial plains. Yuquanxi, Meixi and the West and east main canals of Andi reservoir cross the boundary. There are 20 small (I) and (II) reservoirs, and many electric power irrigation and drainage stations.

History of construction
Qinghu township was established in 1950, and Chenghu township was merged with qiubin Township in 1955. It was called Qinghu commune in 1961, Qinghu Township in 1983, and Su Meng Township in 1984. In 1985, it belonged to Wucheng District of Jinhua City. In 1994, 10 collective teams of Shimen farm were merged into it, and it got its name from Su Meng natural village where the Township People's government was stationed.
