Huitong Street

Huitong street is located in Qiaoxi District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. It is the only agriculture related Street office in Qiaodong district. Huitong Street starts from the intersection of the center line of Beijing Guangzhou railway uplink and Yuannan Road, turns east along the center line of Beijing Guangzhou railway uplink to the intersection of Qiaodong, Qiaoxi and Luquan, turns north along the boundary of Liucun and Luquan, turns north to the intersection of Qiaodong, Luquan and Yuhua, and turns North and east along the boundary of Liucun and Nanwei village of Yuhua District to the center line of Shihan highway North to the central line of Huitong Road, northeast to Minxin. The sub district office covers an area of 8.82 square kilometers and has a population of nearly 48340 people (in 2010). The office is located in the junction of urban and rural areas, with obvious geographical advantages. It is adjacent to national highway 107 in the West and the south 2nd Ring Road in the south, with convenient transportation. Tatan, Liucun and dongsanjiao are rich in land resources and have a large development space.

Jianong fruit and vegetable wholesale market is a famous "vegetable basket" in Shijiazhuang City, which has produced great economic and social benefits. The Party Working Committee has successively won more than 40 honorary titles, such as provincial, municipal and district advanced grass-roots party organizations, outstanding contribution unit of "three districts" construction, outstanding performance leading group, etc. The South Community of Ping'an community was rated as the municipal "demonstration site of community party construction". Shijiazhuang daily made a special report on the deeds of the Party Working Committee striving to create an advanced grassroots party organization in the whole province. The armed Department of the office was rated as the only "advanced grassroots armed Department" in Qiaodong district by the provincial military region.

The streets should further standardize the construction of "four centers". The family planning rate was 100%, the statistical truth-seeking rate was 100%, the comprehensive birth control rate of married women of childbearing age was 88.05%, the certificate issuing rate of outflow population was 100%, the certificate holding rate and verification rate of inflow population were above 95% and 98%, respectively, and the only child certificate obtaining rate was 62.59%, which met the policy fertility rate of 100%. 1746 women of childbearing age in the jurisdiction received B-ultrasound, gynecological diseases and breast disease census services free of charge, and 525 people were found to be sick, all of them were included in the scope of follow-up and follow-up treatment. Successfully completed the task indicators assigned by the district. The project construction was carried out smoothly. We actively integrated the land resources in the area under our jurisdiction, seized the opportunity of the railway station moving south, carefully planned the project, and formulated the economic development plan for small areas of Huitong sub district office. With the support and help of the district Party committee and the district government, after more than a year of active coordination and running, the preliminary demolition work of Liucun Runde Trade City project has been completed and started construction. After the completion of the project, it is estimated that it will bring more than 6 million yuan of tax every year, realize the transfer of rural labor force, and solve more than 300 jobs. Tatan logistics center and Qingshui street market projects are being actively launched. Fiscal and tax revenue achieved a historic breakthrough. We should intensify the collection work, stop the leakage and increase the income, dig deep into the source of tax, and break through the 6 million yuan tax mark in the case that many businesses are difficult to move due to illegal demolition.
