Daochang Township
Daochang Township belongs to Wuxing District, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It is located in the southern suburb of Huzhou City, in the middle of Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Suzhou and other urban agglomerations. It is a prime location in the Yangtze River Delta. The township covers an area of 61.5 square kilometers (2017), with a population of 22227 (2017), and has 15 administrative villages under its jurisdiction.
Daochang township has developed transportation and convenient land and water transportation. The Changhushen line, known as "Oriental Rhine River", and the diversion Dongtiaoxi pass along the township. Hangzhou Nanjing Expressway, national highway 104, national highway 318, and Xuanhang railway, the second channel of East China, run through the township. Township economy
The land of Daochang is fertile and rich in products. It is rich in rice, cocoons, tea, bamboo shoots, fruits, aquatic products and a variety of agricultural and sideline products. The township has basically formed five industrial bases: the first is the bamboo garden, fruit trees, flowers and seedlings industrial zone along the national highway 104; the second is the special aquaculture zone in the water network zone on both sides of Dongtiaoxi River; the third is the "Shuangtang snow lotus" industrial zone centered on Shuangtang in guoxiwan irrigation area; the fourth is the animal husbandry with large households as the main body; the fifth is the processing of agricultural and sideline products in the south of the city Industry. Through the construction of agricultural standardized production, six pollution-free agricultural product bases have been established, including shuangdu snow lotus root, qianshanyang turtle farm, zichengqigun, rice base and forest food (bamboo shoot) base in Zhejiang Province. Four agricultural standards, namely "pollution-free shuangdu snow lotus root", "qianshanyang Chinese soft shelled turtle", "qianshanyang Brazilian turtle" and "zichengqigun", have been formulated. Daochang Township shares the unique location advantages of the central urban area, forming two pillar industries of textile and building materials, as well as new industries of electronic industry and food processing dominated by loudspeakers. There are 98 enterprises of various sizes in the township, including 29 enterprises above Designated Size, 1 billion yuan enterprise, 14 foreign-invested enterprises and 27 enterprises with self operated import and export rights. In 2004, the delivery value of foreign trade reached 230 million yuan and the self operated export reached 2.86 million US dollars.

Daochang is rich in scenic spots and cultural landscapes. There are 10 cultural relic protection units in the scenic spot, including one at the national level, two at the provincial level, and seven at the municipal level. There are Zicheng site under the national key cultural relic protection unit, Duobao pagoda at the top of Daochang mountain, the symbol of Lake City, which is known as the "famous place in Western Zhejiang", Wanshou temple at Daochang mountain, one of the "five mountains and ten temples" of Zen in China, and Yunchao ancient plum temple, one of the "four famous Taoist temples" in Jiangnan during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, There are also the tombs of Hu Yuan, a generation of teacher, and Chen Yingshi, a martyr of the 1911 Revolution. There are more than 30 distinctive human and natural landscapes, and the prospect of tourism development is very broad. The eastern part of the Daochang is plain with small bridges and pleasant scenery; the western part is hilly with luxuriant trees.

It is better than the deep valley, with bamboo trees and luxuriant forests. There are 1 national cultural security unit, 3 provincial cultural security units and 7 municipal cultural security units. The xiazicheng site, named after "the city is surrounded by rivers and rivers, with wild rice and grass everywhere", is a place where Huzhou people lived 2300 years ago. It was the first and most complete ancient city site in southeastern provinces of China to be built in the spring of the Warring States period. Daochang mountain has Wanshou temple, which was built in the middle of Tang Dynasty (881-884) and listed as one of the top ten famous temples in the south of the Yangtze River in Song Dynasty; jingaishan mountain has the ancient Plum Blossom Temple of Quanzhen dragon sect, which was "planted three hundred plum blossoms" by Lu Xiujing, a hermit in Liu and Song dynasties as early as Six Dynasties; Xianshan mountain has the vatuan Pavilion of Tang Dynasty, which is the joint sentence of 29 scholars' Poetry Association, such as Yan Zhenqing; Suwan in the southwest of Xianshan mountain is the second year of song Yuanfeng (1079) When Su Shi ruled the county, he built a dike here, so it was named.
