Tukou town is located in the southwest of Lin'an District of Hangzhou City, 128 km away from Hangzhou in the East, adjacent to Tonglu and Chun'an in the south, and 34 km away from Qiandao Lake.

The town covers an area of 206.5 square kilometers and has jurisdiction over 30 administrative villages with a total population of 11877 (2017).
