Yinhu Street

Yinhu street is a combination of the former Gaoqiao Town and Shoujiang town. The office is located at 28 Gaoqiao East Road (the former Gaoqiao Town Government residence). The area of the street is 158.3 square kilometers and the registered residence is 48022.

Yinhu street, four to the scope: East of Hangzhou Xihu District, Southeast of Dongzhou street, south of Fuchun street, southwest of Chunjian Township, northwest of Lin'an City, north of Hangzhou Yuhang District.

Yinhu street has 22 administrative villages, including Gaoqiao, Gaocun, Guanqian, Sizhou, Qinfeng, QINLE, tangjiawu, shenjiawu, kengxi, Shangchen, Hongzhuang, Qianjia, Dadi, Xinsheng, Du Mu, Jinzhu, Shoujiang, Xinchang, Zishu, Yinhu, Dazhuang and dongwushan.

Evolution of organizational system

On June 28, 2013, Fuyang Yinhu street was established, becoming the fifth street in Fuyang after Fuchun street, Dongzhou street, Chunjiang street and Lushan street. This also means that Gaoqiao Town and Shoujiang town officially bid farewell to the stage of history and become the past.

After the adjustment of administrative divisions, in addition to the merging of regions, population and resources, the original organizations, personnel and assets of the two towns were also merged.

Functional departments

At the organizational level, Yinhu sub district will abolish the CPC Gaoqiao Town Committee, the CPC Gaoqiao Town Discipline Inspection Committee, the CPC surrender Town Committee and the CPC surrender town Discipline Inspection Committee, and establish the CPC Fuyang Yinhu sub District Working Committee and the CPC Fuyang Yinhu sub district Discipline Inspection Committee;

The people's congresses and the people's governments of Gaoqiao Town and Shoujiang town shall be abolished, and the Yinhu sub District Working Committee of the Standing Committee of Fuyang Municipal People's Congress shall be established as the working organ of the Standing Committee of Fuyang Municipal People's Congress, and the Yinhu sub district office of Fuyang Municipal People's Government shall be established; the Gaoqiao Town Working Committee of Fuyang Municipal Committee of the political association and the Shoujiang town working committee of Fuyang Municipal Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference shall be abolished At the meeting, Yinhu sub District Working Committee of Fuyang Municipal Committee of CPPCC was established; the people's Armed Forces Department of Gaoqiao Town and the people's Armed Forces Department of Shoujiang town of Fuyang City were abolished, and the people's Armed Forces Department of Yinhu sub district of Fuyang City was established.

In terms of personnel, the former staff of the two towns work together.

County records

According to the records of Fuyang county annals in the 32nd year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty (1906), the districts under its jurisdiction are part of each of Anchen No.1 village, Xinshun No.5 village, Changfu No.6 village and Baisheng No.7 village, four immortals No.11 village, Kaihua No.12 village, No.13 village and No.14 village. During the period of the Republic of China, the main part belonged to Xiansheng Township and Shoujiang Township, and the other part belonged to Fu'an Township, Kaihua Township and Qinren township.

It was liberated in May 1949. When it was founded in 1950, it was Xinfu Township, Xinmin Township, kengxi Township, Xinsheng Township and Xinyi township. In 1956, Xinfu township was merged into Sanqiao Township, Xinmin Township and kengxi Township were merged into Shoujiang Township, and Xinsheng Township, Xinyi Township and Daoling and Yujiawan villages of kengxi Township were merged into Xinyi township. In 1957, Xinfu Township separated from Sanqiao Township, Xinmin Township and kengxi Township separated from Shoujiang Township, and the three townships formed Xinlian Township again. In October 1958, Xinlian Township established Xinlian people's Commune and Xinyi Township established Xinyi people's commune. In November 1959, the two communes were merged into Qingyun commune. In early 1961, Qingyun commune was abolished and Xinlian commune and Xinyi commune were restored. In the first half of 1962, part of the original kengxi township was separated from Xinlian commune and another kengxi commune was built.

In the first half of 1965, Xinlian commune and kengxi commune merged and were still called Xinlian commune. In November 1981, the part of kengxi was separated out again and kengxi commune was restored. In 1984, Xinlian commune was renamed Xinlian Township, kengxi commune was renamed kengxi Township, and Xinyi commune was renamed Xinyi township. In May 1992, Gaoqiao Town was established by merging Xinlian and kengxi townships. In August 2001, Xinyi township was merged into Gaoqiao Town.

Gaoqiao Town is located in the north of Fuyang District, 5 kilometers away from the municipal government. It is adjacent to Dongzhou sub district office in the East, Fuchun sub district in the south, Chunjian Township in the west, Shoujiang town in the north and Yuhang District in Hangzhou, with a total area of 104.03 square kilometers. There are many mountains in the north and plains in the south. There are mountains extending from the east to the West. The whole terrain is high in the north and low in the south.

The highest peak is Xiyan mountain, with an altitude of 598.4 meters. Xinyi stream (Baiyang stream) and kengxi stream originate from Tongling and kengxi respectively, and flow through the territory from north to south. Shoujiang stream enters the territory from northeast. Most of the three streams flow into Beiqu, and a small amount of water flows into Xinqiao River, and flows into Fuchun River through dapuzha and enboqiao. The North Canal flows 9 kilometers into Fuchun River through Fuchun street. Within the territory of the mountains meandering, streams gurgling, beautiful mountains and waters.

Transportation hub

Xiyan mountain, a Taoist school in the Three Kingdoms, Bailong temple, a famous temple in the Northern Song Dynasty, Hangzhou osmanthus king and immortal cave in Dongshan are all in the territory. National Highway 320 passes through the territory, and Gaohua highway leads directly to Yuhang District of Hangzhou. The highways in the territory extend in all directions, and the traffic is very convenient.
