Jinhu Economic Development Zone

Jinhu economic development zone is located in the west of Jinhu County, South to Gongyuan Road, east to Huancheng West Road, West to 84 Avenue, north to Jiankang West Road. The approved area of the development zone is 2.5 square kilometers.

Jinhu Economic Development Zone officially started construction in May 2002, and was approved as provincial Economic Development Zone by provincial government on April 15, 2006. The medium and long-term planning of the development zone is 80 square kilometers, including 20 square kilometers in the first phase and 15 square kilometers in the actual built-up area. It is divided into industrial land, residential land, public facilities land, storage land, transportation land, road and square land, municipal land, green space and other construction land. a total of 1.25 billion yuan has been invested in infrastructure construction. A total of 20 roads are planned, with a total area of about 580000 square meters; a sewage treatment plant with a daily sewage treatment capacity of 40000 tons is built; the total investment in greening is 60 million yuan, and the greening area of the whole area is 650000 square meters, providing a good bearing platform for the project construction. in terms of industry, the development zone is divided into five categories: machinery manufacturing, instrument cable, new building materials, light textile clothing and photovoltaic industry, and always adheres to the general requirements of "modern industrial zone and high-quality new urban area", so as to build a new economic development zone dominated by mechanical and electrical industry. For three consecutive years, it has been rated as "Huai'an demonstration Industrial Park" by the municipal Party committee and the municipal government.

The development zone has convenient transportation, including Beijing Shanghai Expressway in the East, Ninghuai Expressway and Ninglian first-class highway in the west, Jinma Expressway under construction, directly connecting to Ninghuai expressway, Yanjin national defense highway across the whole territory, Jinbao south line, connecting the East and West expressways, with an annual swallowing capacity of 8 million tons of freight wharf and third class channel. It's about 100 kilometers away from Nanjing, Huai'an and Yangzhou. It's in the "Nanjing one hour metropolitan area" planned by the provincial government. It's only 4 hours to Shanghai, 90 minutes to Nanjing Lukou Airport, and 1 hour to Huai'an and Yangzhou railway stations.

Industrial concentration area

Jinhu economic development zone takes the construction of a new type of Economic Development Zone dominated by mechanical and electrical industry as its orientation. It is divided into four areas in terms of industry, including mechanical processing, pharmaceutical and chemical industry, grain, oil and food, and light textile and clothing. Entrepreneurs at home and abroad are welcome to enter the zone for development. Jinhu County key township industrial concentration area mainly includes: 1. Jinnan industrial concentration area: the total planning area is 1985 mu, 70 mu has been developed, 6 standardized workshops (10000 square meters) have been built, and cable instrument and mechanical processing enterprises are encouraged to enter the area for development. 2. Licheng industrial concentration area: it is planned to be 2500 mu, and has developed 1200 mu. The roads, power lines, water supply and drainage pipelines in the area are all complete, and the enterprises of mechanical accessories, cable instruments, clothing and toys are mainly introduced. 3. Minqiao industrial concentration area: 2000 mu is planned, 1000 mu has been developed, 6 standardized workshops (10000 square meters) have been built, and enterprises such as instruments and meters, clothing and toys, mechanical processing, grain, oil and food have been mainly introduced. 4. Yinji industrial concentration area: 2260 Mu is planned, 460 Mu has been developed, water, electricity and road facilities are complete, 10000 square meters of standardized workshop can be rented, and mechanical and electronic, instrument and cable enterprises are encouraged to invest.
