GaoLiangJian Street

GaoLiangJian street is located in Hongze District of Huai'an City, on the Bank of Hongze Lake, one of China's five major freshwater lakes, with a street area of 112.5 square kilometers and 19 neighborhood committees.

In October 2014, the Jiangsu provincial government agreed to abolish GaoLiangJian town. GaoLiangJian sub district office is set up in Linhe, huiminjiayuan, dengma, Hubin, Hongjian, Hongqu, Yangma, Cuizhu, hongzeyuan village, Huzhuang, Yantai, Wangji, Wangzhuang, Hejie, Yuecheng, Xunhe, Daguan, lighthouse, Qingjian, Shuanghu, Huahe, Yuhe, Qunan village, which is located at 156 East 11th Road. GaoLiangJian street is rich in resources, with 3896.2 hectares of agricultural arable land and more than 300000 mu of water surface. It is rich in fish, crab, shrimp, turtle, mussel, clam, lotus, rhombic, lotus and other aquatic products, known as the "land of fish and rice". With unique location advantages and convenient land and water transportation, national highway 205, Ninglian first-class highway and Ninghuai Expressway meet in the territory, and Huaihe River, Subei irrigation canal, river channel and other rivers crisscross it. GaoLiangJian street economy and society presents a good momentum of rapid, coordinated and healthy development. It has initially formed an industrial system with textile, machinery, chemical industry and building materials as its pillars. The annual growth rate of major economic indicators is more than 30%. In 2011, the industrial sales of the whole street reached 8.68 billion yuan, the invoice issued by listed enterprises was 6 billion yuan, the financial revenue was 728 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 14827 yuan. For seven consecutive years, it ranked first in the annual comprehensive target evaluation of the whole county, and successively won the titles of "Top 1000 towns in China", "civilized towns in Jiangsu Province", "safe building of advanced collective in Jiangsu Province", "towns with beautiful environment in Jiangsu Province", "three towns with strong urban economy in Huai'an City", and "ten towns with strong industrial tax revenue".
