Huaigao Town, belonging to Huaiyin District, Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, is located in the northeast of Huaiyin District. It borders Chenshi town and Chengji town of Lianshui County in the East and North, liulaozhuang town and Dingji town in the west, and Changjiang Road Street and xindukou street in the south.

In 2018, laozhangji Township, Wangxing town and mianhuazhuang town were abolished and Huaigao town was established. Huaigao town has 12 village committees and Xinyuan neighborhood committees, which are under the jurisdiction of laozhangji Township and Wangxing Town, Shili, Yuanzhuang, Dafu, Guzhuang, Liuhe, Daxing, Juntian, Daxi, Xinhe, lianwang, Tuanjie and Sanhe.
