Nanpu Economic Development Zone, located in Caofeidian District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, was established in 1991. It is located in the south of Tangshan City, 45 kilometers away from Tangshan city. Now it is an important part of Caofeidian new area.

brief introduction

Located in the center of Bohai rim, it has good human and geographical conditions for economic development, and has been highly concerned by many economists and senior leaders. At the 2004 APEC Yantai meeting, Caofeidian deepwater port, located in the south of the economic development zone, was under construction. After the port is completed and put into operation, it will play a crucial role in promoting the construction and development of Nanpu economic development zone.
