Meiyu from June to July and typhoon from June to September often cause serious waterlogging in this area. The maximum 24-hour precipitation is 264.0 mm (control gate station), and the annual average precipitation days is 121.7 days. There are many easterly winds in spring and summer, and northeast and northwest winds in winter. The annual average wind speed is 3.1m/s, the annual maximum wind speed is 26.3m/s (NE, July 7, 1960), and the instantaneous maximum wind speed is 30.4m/s, so as to consolidate the agricultural foundation and cultivate and produce green food.
