Seven farms

Seven farms are located in Tanghai County on the coast of Bohai Sea, adjacent to Beijing, Tianjin, Tang and Qin. They are rich in natural resources, have superior geographical conditions, and have a rare wetland natural ecological landscape. Shuanglong river flows into Bohai Sea through the whole farm, which has unique agricultural production resources. Over the past 40 years since the establishment of the farm, seven farms have continuously developed and started businesses for several generations, forming 100000 mu of land for various resources, including 50000 mu of sea and fresh water aquaculture area, 25000 mu of high-yield reed field and 10000 mu of green rice. It is the largest crab breeding base in Eastern Hebei Province. Its Hengxing brand crab is sold well all over the country. Since 1989, we have invested 35 million yuan to build a paper mill with an annual output of 20000 tons of various kinds of cultural paper.

Farm introduction

In the past 40 years since its establishment, seven farms have been continuously developing and pioneering for several generations, forming 100000 mu of land for various resources, including 50000 mu of sea and fresh water aquaculture area, 25000 mu of high-yield reed field and 10000 mu of green rice. Development achievements

The gross national product was 57.165 million yuan, accounting for 103% of the annual plan; the total investment in fixed assets was 13 million yuan, accounting for 100% of the annual plan; the actual utilization of foreign capital was 168 000 yuan, accounting for 112% of the annual plan; the per capita income of farmers was 3180 yuan, and the profits and taxes were 1.34 million yuan.

Evolution of organizational system

Seven farms was founded in 1963. At the beginning of construction, there was no one settler in the field, and there was no perennial road. In addition to a small area of reed, Melilotoides ruthenica and Tripterygium repens, most of them are white saline beaches. In 1962, bogezhuang farm cooperated with Beijing Agricultural University to study biological soil improvement. Under the common management of the new and old generations, seven farms went through the agricultural development of planting reed, growing rice, raising fish, raising shrimp, raising crab, etc. from a barren land, and became a well-known "land of fish and rice" today. In recent years, with the construction of Caofeidian port and Caofeidian Industrial Zone, it has brought a once-in-a-lifetime development opportunity to the seven farms, which has put on the wings to achieve leapfrog development.

Development characteristics

On the basis of investigation and demonstration, combined with the actual situation of the farm, the wetland development is regarded as the characteristics of economic development and an important breakthrough for the revitalization of the farm. In May 2000, "Hengxing" brand was registered in the state trademark administration. In December 2001, Tanghai County, based on seven farms, declared to be the hometown of Chinese river crabs. On September 1, 2002, "Hengxing" crab garden, which integrates sightseeing, fishing, bird watching and picnics, was put into trial operation. By the end of 2002, it had received tens of thousands of tourists from Beijing, Tianjin, Tangshan and other large and medium-sized cities. In December 2002, "Hengxing" brand crab was awarded high quality product by Hebei provincial quality examination and Approval Committee and Hebei Provincial Bureau of technical supervision. "Hengxing" river crab has become one of the three major brands in the development of aquaculture in Tangshan City, which has been widely reported by the state, provincial, municipal and other news media, and has broadened the channels for the whole farm products to enter the market. The output value of "henghang" industry has accounted for 85% of the total output value of the farm, and has become an important pillar of farm economic development.
