Chengdong Township
Chengdong Township, belonging to Tiedong District, Siping City, Jilin Province, is located in the east of Tiedong District, on both sides of national highway 102. It is adjacent to Xingshan Township in Lishu County in the East and North, Changtu County in Liaoning Province in the south, and huangtukeng street in Tiedong District in the West. The area is 95.21 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, 29750 people registered residence in Chengdong township.
In 1956, it was built around urban and rural areas. In 1958, the commune was reformed. In 1984, it was established in chengdongxiang. As of June 2020, there are 11 administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Chengdong rural area.
By the end of 2018, there were 76 industrial enterprises in Chengdong Township, including 20 Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size and 61 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
