Horgos Horgos, belonging to Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of the people's Republic of China, is located in the western border of China, bordering Kazakhstan, five Central Asian countries in the West and inland provinces and cities in the East.
