Jingzhou economic and Technological Development Zone Jingzhou economic and Technological Development Zone is the standardized abbreviation of Jingzhou economic development zone and Jingzhou high tech Industrial Park. It was established in May 1992 and approved as a provincial Development Zone by Hubei Provincial People's Government in August of the same year.
