Shrubs, up to 2 m high. Twigs angular, puberulent. Leaflets elliptic or obovate elliptic, 2-3 cm long, 8-15 mm wide, apex rounded, apiculate, base tapering, entire, pubescent on both sides; petioles puberulent; stipules subulate. Racemes axillary, or panicles terminal; bracts lanceolate, pilose; pedicels slender, filiform; calyx teeth 4, triangular, pubescent; corolla butterfly, purple. Pods obliquely rectangular, pilose. The flowering period is from September to October.
