Yuanyang County Yuanyang County belongs to Xinxiang City, Henan Province. It is located in the North Plain of Henan Province, adjacent to the Yellow River in the South and Yuhe channel in the north. Yuanyang, formerly known as bolangsha, is famous for Zhang Liang's assassination of Qin Dynasty. From the Qin and Han Dynasties to the Yuan Dynasty, there were 13 famous historical figures who served as prime ministers.
