Morning meal
The Chinese idiom ch é NCHU ī x ī NGF à n in pinyin means to cook breakfast in the morning and eat dinner at night. It describes going out early and coming back late and working hard all day. It comes from the biography of Zhang Tingli in the old book of Tang Dynasty.

In the old book of the Tang Dynasty, biography of Zhang Tingyao: "it's not necessary to serve ghosts again. Only people are the camp and craftsmen are skilled. They are often poor and difficult. They work hard in the morning and in the evening. They eat food and drink in the morning. They are caused by hunger and thirst and diseases and rashes."
