How to deal with the boss when he is a villain

As subordinates, everyone wants to have a good boss. To some extent, it is not inferior to finding a good company or a good job. A good boss will try his best to help himself at work and be your trustworthy friend in life. But if the boss is a villain, how should you deal with him?

(1) Keep your personality independent and don't pander too much to your boss. If you are too accommodating to the villain boss, it will make the villain boss suspect that your motive is not pure.

(2) Keep your passion at work. Don't control your work mood because of your boss's cold and hot face, or your narrow-minded boss will judge you as a snob based on his experience.

(3) Maintain personal self-esteem. If you try to please the villain boss, he will tell himself with his experience that you are because he is the boss, and you respect his position rather than his individual.

(4) Keep a certain distance in communication. If you are too close to the villain boss, other people will think that you are assimilated and a villain, and the villain boss will only think that you are a snob.
