Try to avoid misunderstanding among colleagues

In colleagues, due to different language expressions, or the failure to fully understand each other's original intention, or the deviation between motivation and effect, there will be misunderstanding between the two sides. Psychological incompatibility and emotional disharmony contain factors of misunderstanding. Therefore, if there are differences of opinions, timely exchanges and communication should be conducted to harmonize feelings and increase understanding. Of course, there are many temporary incidents that may be unexpected. Other leading comrades have expressed different opinions from themselves. At this time, they should be cautious in expressing their opinions.

Misunderstanding can also occur unconsciously. Emotion plays an important role in both work and personal communication. Many quarrels, disagreements and misunderstandings often occur when both sides are in a bad mood. In hindsight, it seems that there is no need to fight hard. We can have a good discussion and do a good job. Therefore, when talking about problems and exchanging opinions, we should talk about time and look at emotions. Everyone has his own life, work habits and unique physical and psychological characteristics. If we do not understand or respect each other's characteristics, it will cause unnecessary misunderstanding.

Misunderstandings can also occur when the way of talking and the occasion are not appropriate. In this case, the conversation should pay attention to the propriety, avoid being aggressive, and cause psychological pressure and disgust to the other party; also don't show the appearance of "the truth is in my hands" at the beginning, which is easy to make people reject your opinions because of psychological resistance.

In order to avoid misunderstanding, colleagues should pay attention to the following points in language conversation:

(1) Be careful in your speech. Especially in serious affairs and solemn occasions, the language expression should be careful and there should be no loopholes.

(2) When listening to other people's speeches, we should understand them comprehensively and objectively. We can't grasp the details, go up to the outline and misinterpret people's wishes.

(3) Talk to your face, not behind your back. When people behind the scenes spread, they tend to deform and easily lead to misunderstanding.

(4) We should unify motivation and effect. We can't speculate that others have bad intentions just because the effect is not as good as we wish. Things like "good intentions are not rewarded well" happen from time to time. Therefore, in this case, it is better not to jump to conclusions.
