How to prevent mosquito bites outdoors

It is very important to control mosquito bites, insect bites and bee stings in field activities.

(1) In order to avoid mosquito bites, you can apply mosquito repellent on the skin, or you can use the method of wearing anti mosquito cap to avoid mosquito bites on the face. After being bitten by mosquitoes, try not to scratch the affected area with your hands. Apply cool oil or essential balm on the affected area 3-5 times a day.

(2) If you are stung by wasps, you can use vinegar to smear the affected area, or find some fresh purslane juice to smear. If you are stung by a bee, remove the sting first. Because the bee's venomous needle has a barb, it's better to use small tweezers to hold the root of the venomous needle and pull it out. After removing the poisonous thorn, apply ammonia or soapy water on the affected area, and the curative effect is better.

(3) When you are stung by caterpillars, toxic hairs often stick on your skin. When you remove the toxic hairs, you can use zinc oxide tape or transparent tape to stick on the affected area. The effect is very good.

(4) If bitten by a centipede, apply soapy water, ammonia or oil to the wound. If you have snake medicine, it is also very effective to smear the affected area with snake medicine.

(5) To prevent leeches from biting, you can put on a pair of stockings made of cloth, insert the trouser legs into the stockings, and tie the mouth of the stockings tightly, so the leeches can't get in. Spraying miewuling and Fengyoujing on trousers, shoes and socks can also repel leeches.
