Foreign trade contract trap

In international trade, there are not only multinational companies, but also small and medium-sized enterprises. At the same time, there are many fraudulent companies, which are often difficult to identify from the appearance. Some cheater companies are deeply hidden. They don't show their flaws in front of the business, but set traps in the process of business. They often use contracts and "legal" signs to lure the other party into being cheated

(1) Business card body. One of the parties to the contract has no registered capital, can not provide business certificate and legal person qualification certificate, and only has personal business card marked with company, position, correspondence address, telephone number, etc.

(2) Change the inspection terms to foreign inspection agency.

(3) Change the terms of payment and change the payment by L / C to collection or remittance.

(4) Change the transportation terms of the contract and change liner transportation to charter transportation.

(5) Change the main terms of the contract. Fraudsters will find various reasons to suggest that a third party should perform the contract instead of themselves, while the cheated party will often easily agree and be deceived.

(6) No written contract. Fraud companies often claim that foreign trade companies need not worry about not having a written contract, as long as both sides agree.

(7) Other easily used contract terms include: quality terms, claim terms, guarantee terms, liquidated damages terms, etc.
