Inevitable patent fraud

At the initial stage of a patent being published or authorized, patentees are generally eager to transfer the patent in exchange for economic benefits, and they often lack the practical operation experience of project transfer. It is precisely this that some swindlers take advantage of.

Deception 1: in the name of purchasing a patent, the patentee is cheated to the cheater's place, and then the patentee is invited to contact the feelings of the leader of his unit, so as to cheat him. If the other party finds that the patentee lacks knowledge of the contract, the next round of fraud begins.

Trick 2: using high prices as bait, requiring inventors to sign agreements directly at the swindler's location without or only a small amount of detailed consultation. At that time, we will temporarily find several trustees and pretend that they are also patentees. These trustees will compete with the inventor and finally buy the inventor's patent at a jump price.

Trick 3: write a letter to the inventor, indicating that he is very sincere in purchasing, and ask to send the sample as soon as possible so that it can be put into production quickly. This kind of swindler mainly obtains the general patent. After obtaining the certificate, it often takes a long time to find buyers or put into production funds. In this stage, inventors often have no time to trace whether their patents are counterfeited in the market.
