How to get out of the trap of stress

In the job interview, some examiners will deliberately ask some questions to put you at a disadvantage. If you answer well, you can pass the interview, otherwise you will fail. Let's take a look at the following example:

In an interview with civil servants, the examiner was very satisfied with the answers to other questions of a female candidate. Finally, an examiner said to her, "you are a beautiful girl, but we found that you have a lot of freckles on your face. Do you think it will affect your interview?" In the face of this kind of deliberately set pressure question, the girl's answer is very wonderful:

"I'm here to apply for the civil service examination. Today's main investigation should be ability. I think teachers sitting here must be selecting materials for the country rather than beauty contests. If you're here for beauty contests, I don't think I'm suitable, but if it's selecting materials, I believe I'm a pillar."

The girl is very confident. She doesn't lose confidence because she is asked about her shortcomings. On the contrary, she gives a reasonable answer. She doesn't give a positive answer about whether the shortcomings have an impact on the interview. Instead, she explains it from another perspective and gives the question to the examiner to choose and succeed. So don't panic when asked about your own shortcomings. When answering, we can develop our strengths and avoid our weaknesses, highlight our own advantages and reduce the impact of our shortcomings.
