(1) Wen Jing: that is to persuade guests to drink with courtesy and courtesy. At the beginning of the banquet, the host began to toast for the first time after giving a toast. At this time, the host and guest should stand up, the host will drink the wine in the glass, and the empty glass mouth down, indicating that they have finished drinking, in order to show respect for the guests. Guests usually have to finish. During the dinner, the host often goes to each table to toast.

(2) In return: This is a toast from the guest to the host. That is to say, after the host toasts you in person, you should return to the host and have another drink with him. In return, hold the cup in your right hand, hold the bottom in your left hand, and drink with the other party at the same time. When cheering, you can touch the glass with each other symbolically. Don't use too much force. You have to hear the sound. Out of respect, you can make your own glass lower than the other's. If you are far away from both sides, you can touch the table with the bottom of the glass, which means touching the glass.

(3) Mutual respect: This is a "toast" between guests. In order to make the other party drink more, the toaster will find out all kinds of reasons why he must drink. If the toaster can't find out the reason to refute, he has to drink. At the same time, the emotional communication between people is sublimated.

(4) Drinking on behalf: This is a way to avoid toasting without losing grace and disappointing guests and hosts. If you don't drink, or drink too much, but the host or guests have to show respect, then you can ask someone to drink instead. People who drink for him usually have a special relationship with him. In the wedding, the man and woman's best man and bridesmaid are often the first choice for drinking, so they must drink a lot.

(5) Penalty for drinking: This is a unique way for Chinese people to "toast". There are various reasons for "fine wine". The most common is probably the "three drinks" for latecomers to the banquet, sometimes with a bit of joking nature.
