It's better to discuss with colleagues in the tone of consultation, suggesting that you ask him for help and find a way. After doing something, generally do not use money to express gratitude. Insisting on taking money to express gratitude is easy to cause resentment, because accepting material gratitude when colleagues do something will leave a bad impression.

(3) Find a colleague to do things with a definite aim: before you do something, you should first know the social relationship of the colleague, and that it is not too difficult for him to do it. Only by mastering these situations, can you open your mouth and get three points of interest, and will not make colleagues in a dilemma.
