How to deal with leaders indirectly

It's not easy to work with leaders, and sometimes it's inconvenient to work directly with them. In this case, it may be more appropriate to entrust indirectly.

(1) The leader's Lover: sometimes you may not be able to establish a closer relationship with the leader, but because of special opportunities, you are more familiar with his or her lover. In this case, in order to do things, you can choose the leader's lover as a breakthrough, and you may have unexpected gains.

(2) Looking for senior or junior leaders: most leaders are people with parents and children. It is human nature to respect parents and love children, and leaders are no exception. Therefore, leaders usually attach great importance to and respect what parents or children say. If it's inconvenient or unable to find a leader to say it directly, you might as well try to find his or her parents or children. Sometimes the role of family affection is immeasurable.

(3) Find a friend from the leader: everyone has friends. If you want to succeed, you can often get wonderful results if you have friends who are close to the leader. The word "friend" contains feelings, face, reputation and many other things worth cherishing. If you try to find a friend from the leader, the leader will certainly attach importance to it and do his best.

(4) Find the leader of the leader: if you find a leader and refuse to deal with one thing, it may be a feasible way to find his leader. However, before looking for leaders to intervene, we must think twice before we act. We must not "burn cotton padded jacket because of lice". The gain is not worth the loss.
