Ingredients for making mixed sushi rolls:
Sushi rice, cucumber, laver, pickled vegetables, bean curd skin, eel slices, shrimp, crab fillet, sesame, plum meat, egg, spinach, Xiangru, calabash, etc. (can also be adjusted according to personal preferences).
Steps for making mixed sushi roll:
1. 1 tbsp gourd stick soy sauce (Zhenji soy sauce), 4 tbsp sugar and water, boil for 20 minutes.
