Braised Tofu method:

Raw materials for stewed tofu

There are 600g tofu, 100g pork, 20g bamboo shoots and 20g water-soluble fungus.

Seasoning for stewed tofu:

Lard, refined salt, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, soup, cooking wine, starch, pepper, ginger, garlic.

Processing steps of Braised Tofu:

Braised bean curd

Ingredients needed

Production method

1. Fry tofu in boiling water, cut 1 piece into 4 pieces.

3. Heat wok with 1 tbsp oil, saute ginger slices, add seasoning and bring to a boil. Add tofu and meat slices and simmer for 10 minutes. Finally, add carrot and simmer with Scallion for a while. Thicken and serve.

What to eat
