Peanut oil, refined salt, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, sugar, starch, broth, scallion.
Four seasons tofu production steps:
(1) Cut the bean curd into pieces, put it in a cold water pot and bring to a boil. Remove the water. Cut the bamboo shoots and mushrooms into small slices. Mix starch and water to make a paste.
(2) Heat the oil in the frying pan to 50%. Paste the bean curd and fry it in the oil pan until the bean curd is golden. Remove the oil from the frying pan. Stir fry the scallion, mushrooms and bamboo shoots for a few times. Add soy sauce, sugar, ginger, refined salt, broth and bean curd. Bring to a boil. Then add MSG, thicken the bean curd and pour the oil. Then put it out of the pan.
