700g cabbage, 15g shrimp.
Ingredients for making cabbage and shrimp:
Lard, refined salt, monosodium glutamate, vinegar, Zanthoxylum noodles, onion, ginger.
Processing steps of cabbage and shrimp:
(1) Wash and slice the cabbage, soak the shrimps and set aside. Shred the onion and ginger.
(2) Heat up the oil in the frying pan, add shredded green onion and ginger, Chinese prickly ash noodles and cabbage slices, and stir fry until seven minutes
When it's hot, add refined salt and vinegar, then put monosodium glutamate after it's cooked, thicken it with starch and pour sesame oil.
