Raw materials for making green vegetable vermicelli:
500g green vegetables, 50g vermicelli.
Seasoning for making green vegetable vermicelli:
Peanut oil, refined salt, monosodium glutamate, lard, scallion, ginger.
Process of making green vegetable vermicelli:
(1) Remove the roots and old leaves of green vegetables, wash them and cut them into 3cm long segments. Soak the vermicelli in boiling water and cut them into segments.
(2) Put the bottom oil in the frying pan. When it's 70% or 80% hot, stir fry it with green onion and ginger, add the soaked vermicelli, add refined salt, and stir fry until the vegetables change color. When it's 80% mature, add monosodium glutamate and stir fry for several times.
