Zanzibar style fish cake method:

Raw materials for making Zanzibar style fish cake:

1250g fish, 1250g potatoes, a little cinnamon and pepper, 10g lemon, 200g egg, 25g bread residue, 25g oil and 15g salt.

Steps of making Zanzibar style fish cake:

1. First put the fish in the pot and add appropriate amount of water to stew. When the water is about to dry, add lemon juice to stew slightly. After cooling, remove the spines and bones and crush them into powder.

2. Boil the potatoes, pour out the water, cool them, grind them with meat grinder, knead them with fish, add cinnamon powder, pepper powder, salt and lemon juice to make 4 small round cakes each, dip them with eggs and bread powder, and fry them until yellow.
