Raw materials for making family photo:

Water hairy sea cucumber, water hairy squid, water hairy fish skin, pork, water hairy fish lips, shrimps, water hairy mushrooms 50 grams each, 100 grams of Dutch beans, 40 grams of lard, 15 grams of soy sauce, 10 grams of cooking wine, 10 grams of ginger, 4 grams of sugar, monosodium glutamate, scallion, Lake powder, soup, scallion oil appropriate amount each.

Steps of making family photo:

1. Wash the sea cucumber, cut it into spatula pieces and blanch it with boiling water. Cut the squid into a pen and roll it in boiling water. Chop minced pork, pour starch and seasoning and fry it into small balls. Fish skin, fish lips cut and wipe blade. The shrimps are starched and oiled. Wash the peas and blanch them with boiling water. 2. "Family photo" is an urban family drama jointly produced by China TV drama production center, Zhejiang Huace film and television and Guangzhou film and television media. It is directed by Fu Ning and starred by Qin Hailu, Wu Gang, Yue Xiuqing and Cheng Yuanyuan.

The play tells the experience of three families in a small courtyard in Beijing from the 1940s to the 60 years of reform and opening up, reflecting the great changes and progress of Chinese society. On January 14, 2013, the play premiered on CCTV comprehensive channel; in the same year, the play won the third prize of the 29th China TV series flying sky award long TV series.
