China Film Museum

There are four floors in the China Film Museum. The first floor is the film screening hall. Films will be shown regularly. You can visit the official website to check the video information of each stage. Each exhibition hall has a theme. In three hours, you can have a comprehensive understanding of the development process of Chinese films, various film types, film shooting techniques and new and old Chinese film actors. Among them, cartoon exhibition hall and special effects exhibition hall are very popular with children. There are also some interactive projects to try in the museum.

China Film Museum

Located at No.9, Nanying Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, China National Film Museum is the world's largest national film museum and a landmark building commemorating the 100th anniversary of the birth of Chinese film. It was officially opened to the public on February 10, 2007

The China Film Museum covers an area of 52 mu, with a construction area of nearly 38000 square meters and a length of 2970 meters. It involves more than 1500 films, 4300 pictures, more than 450 film introducers, and has a collection of more than 40000 pieces, including 8 national first-class collections. It has 20 exhibition halls to introduce the centennial development of Chinese films and the film science and Technology Expo. There are also temporary exhibition hall, lecture hall and multi-function hall. There are also giant screen cinema, digital cinema and three 35mm film projection halls

Architectural pattern

In front of the main building, the screen and a intermittent inclined wall on the square form a plane combination like a batting board. The building uses black as the base color, and metal plates with hollow patterns as the outer decoration. Located on the second and third floors of the China Film Museum, the film art exhibition hall consists of the preface hall and exhibition halls 1 to 10. It mainly displays the centennial history of Chinese films and the artistic achievements of film artists. The film technology exhibition area consists of 11-20 exhibition halls, which are located on the fourth floor of the China Film Museum. It consists of 10 exhibition halls, namely "film shooting", "film art", "special film photography", "traditional film special effects", "digital special effects", "film recording", "film editing", "film development and printing", "film animation" and "all kinds of films", to show the film production The main content of film making is to reveal the mystery of film making.
